Will my jewelry look like the website?

Because all of our pieces are made with delicate wire and are handmade to order, slight differences in each piece are expected. Natural gemstones may have variations in color hue and shape. All gemstones are not identical, even if they are the same stone. This does not mean they are defective or lower quality or that their healing properties will be hindered

What are healing crystals?

Healing crystals are natural gemstones from the earth that vibrate at higher frequencies. In turn, when touched and used by us we are forced to vibrate at a higher frequency. If placed in our homes, they can change the vibration of a space. They have natural properties that help with different healing needs and aid in meditation and Chakra balancing/activation/cleansing. Healing crystal use goes back to the middle ages, and has been effective in many forms of healing. Will my jewelry tarnish?

To keep our prices affordable, most of our wire is plated brass. Because of this, they are delicate and gentle care is required. We recommend avoiding the following while wearing your brass pieces to avoid damage :

  • sleeping

  • swimming

  • showering

  • exercising

  • direct contact with sprays/lotions

If they come in contact with any moisture, please gently dry them with rag and store in a cool, dry place.

All handmade pieces are very delicate and should be handled gently.

Why do you sage your crystals?

There are many benefits of burning sage, like cleansing negative energy from a space or thing. Also, sage smoke clears airborne bacteria and releases negative ions, which are linked to good moods.

Other uses for sage that linked to rituals and séances are not a Rosebend practice.

We understand some energetically sensitive people may not condone the uses of sage, and we care about those concerns. Another way to effectively cleanse crystals are to let them sit overnight outside under the moonlight. Upon request, we will do this for any customer instead.

When will I receive my item?

All orders are shipped either USPS First Class (2-3 business days), USPS Priority (1-3 Business Days), or USPS Priority Express (Typically Overnight). Each option is available at checkout, but they may take up to 3 days to process if they are base metal pieces. Fine metal pieces can take up to 2 weeks to process before shipping.

Base metals include : Gold and Silver plated brass

Fine metals include : Sterling Silver, 14K Rose Gold filled & 14K Yellow Gold filled

We make everything to order with love and precision, and we wouldn’t want to rush you receiving a piece you absolutely treasure. Additional processing times may vary based on customization requests. We ship to all U.S States and all other countries. All shipping options for international orders will still apply but may take longer due to customs regulations.

How do I customize my piece?

Every style we have can be customized to be either gold or silver color. We also offer 14K Rose Gold and Sterling Silver in our Core Momentum Collection, but this metal can be requested for other pieces using our contact form

The stones in stock are interchangeable, as are stone shapes. As long as the type of piece you want can support the stone you are asking for, we can change it. All you need to do is contact us send a request describing what you’d like, if not in the original product drop down list and we will discuss what your options are based on stock and availability. Processing times may vary based on customization.
